Testimonials from Satisfied Customers

"Exceptional Customer Service! I went because I thought I needed new brakes.  I truly appreciate the honesty that my brake pads were in good condition.  Their driver dropped me off at Barnes & Noble to wait while my car was being looked at.  They are also dog friendly so I will definitely be back"
– Cortnee Utsey, Wilmington, DE

"Recently had my brakes replaced elsewhere and was experiencing noise from one wheel and vibrations at high speeds.  Walked in and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in under one hour.  Very professional and excellent service!”
– Neil V, Pike Creek, DE

"Needed brakes to be checked on a work van, Dodge Promaster with a high top.  Most repair shops did not have a lift that could accommodate my vehicle.  Stewart assured me the shop could complete the brake inspection, and got me in the next day.  Thanks Stewart!”
– Eugene McCoy, Hockessin, DE

"Needed a same day brake repair on my work van, since I needed to drive home 6 hours later that day.  They took care of my van and got it back on the road in no time!”
– Jonathan Finnell, Kennett Square, PA

"I had my inspection completed at the Swarthmore location. I was greeted immediately by Rich and the manager Nick. I was taken care of right away. I ended up having to have my brakes and rotors replaced. Rich places the order for parts and they were there fairly quick. Rodney was the mechanic working on my car and explained the issue with my rotors rather than just stating they just needed replacement. The owner himself walked into the establishment and greeted everyone by name and checked in with all of his employees. He greeted me as well and asked how they were helping me today and how my experience was. After finishing with my car, Rodney then washed my vehicle! Overall a great experience at this establishment, friendly and attentive staff and I will surely be using their services in the future.”
– Jessica Doyle, Swarthmore, PA

These testimonials highlight our dedication to excellent service, helping our customers feel confident in choosing us for their brake needs.

How Often Should Brakes Be Serviced?
