*Important Details About Our Same-Day Evaluation Guarantee

Our "Same-Day Evaluation Guarantee" ensures that your vehicle will be visually inspected or preliminarily evaluated by one of our trained technicians on the same day you bring it in, provided the vehicle arrives during normal business hours and within our service capacity for the day. This evaluation is a high-level assessment aimed at identifying visible or obvious issues. Vehicles must be in the shop by 3pm. Any vehicle brought in after 3pm may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and could be subject to next-business-day assessment if capacity is exceeded. Guarantee does not apply to appointments after 3pm.

This guarantee does not promise a full diagnostic report or a complete repair on the same day. A thorough diagnosis may require additional time, specialized equipment, or extended testing.Repairs are subject to scheduling availability, the complexity of the issue, and the timely procurement of necessary parts.  The guarantee excludes vehicles that require disassembly for evaluation or are deemed unsafe to assess without prior authorization. This offer does not apply to heavy-duty vehicles, oversized vehicles, or vehicles requiring specialty diagnostic equipment outside the scope of our standard services. We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle condition poses a safety risk to our staff or facilities. For further questions, please contact us before bringing your vehicle in.
